I can imagine that you have the hardest music taste in the band and always try to make you cover thrash and heavy metal songs

I'm good with injecting the band with a good dose of hardrock or classic heavy metal like songs from Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, Whitesnake & Van Halen.

Any thrash / progressive or power metal at all would not fit in..

It was my first gig with them and we had annoying crowd, since we were opening for a big local band with a different style. Think beer throwing peasants style.

Monday and Saturday we have to full shows of 3 hours

All covers for all 3 hours?

Yeah, 3 sets of some 33 songs. We might start writing some own songs in the future based on a bunch of bands all 4 of us like (Golden Earring, Thin Lizzy, ZZ Top, Whitesnake, Deep Purple).

Not much Metulz in this band .

I think you're the first person I've ever known to say they're a Golden Earring fan!

Steve Harris is another one!

I'm not a big fan though, I mainly know their best of songs, but have never seen them live.

Songs like Long Blond Animal, Kill me ce soir, When the lady smiles, twilight zone are pretty cool though.

I'm proud of the best Dutch rock band we ever had, which has been around since the late sixties and even released a new studio album last week: Tits n' Ass

My favourite Dutch musician remains Arjen Lucassen however. Totally different music, although the Golden Earring singer Barry Hay sang on the first Ayreon album .

I like Golden Earring. They never made it big here apart from Radar Love.
Tits n' Ass is the perfect name for a rock n roll album.

As far as those other bands go..I DESPISE ZZ Top. Hate them with a passion. I'm not a fan of what I call "fake blues". Stuff like them, George Thorogood, Stevie Ray Vaughan. I consider them abominations of music.

Thin Lizzy are another band who never made it here. The Boys Are Back In Town is a staple on classic rock radio but they really are insignificant here. I know they are a huge deal in Europe, even to this day.

So, we changed our name, lead guitar player and we have some original songs coming up. We also recorded 2 cover songs:

Your singer reminds me of Phil Lynott He's good!

All in all it is really good. High quality in all parts, although I didn't like the drum fills on Dancing.

Thanks! Our singer is also a huge Thin Lizzy fan, so I guess he likes to sound like Phil.

Our drummer is a bit ADHD, he overplays a bit sometimes, I agree, though it does not bother me on these studio recordings.
