I have been doing yoga at physical therapy recently and I recommend it to everybody is not hard to do and ALL people can do it YOGA 633633 It really relaxes your body and u can do it as much as 5 repeats of each and you are set for the day, makes your body feel great

So here are my favorite 2 yoga positions for the people who are interested:

downward dog to upward dog position

I did a little bit of yoga a few years ago as therapy and for other reasons that I would rather not talk about.

It helped a great deal at the time and it's not as hard as it looks

I agree. I feel great after doing yoga and what's funny is, you dont have to do 15 or 50 sets to "feel it" . With 3 to 5 sets of two basic positions is enough to get that relaxing feeling on your body.

Did a bit while I was pregnant but it doesn't appeal to me. Give me something more energetic & besides I prefer to set my own rhythmn.
