Supermodel Stephanie Seymour, who dumped Warren Beatty last spring and took up with Axl Rose, has apparently axed the Guns N' Roses singer.
''Axl's on a health kick,'' notes a source. ''He's in therapy. He wants her to get healthy with him. She just wants to continue being herself.''
